ppl75 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "ppl75", "we", "us", "our" refers to the ppl75 platform operating at ppl75.onl and its associated services, systems, and support infrastructure.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the ppl75 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration on the ppl75 platform.
• "Platform" means the ppl75 website, mobile site, and all associated services accessible at ppl75.onl.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in a Player's Account, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet credit, or bonus Taka awarded to a Player subject to wagering requirements and promotional terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before withdrawals are enabled on a ppl75 Account.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money Balance.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which online betting and casino services are prohibited by applicable law.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6, which is the operative time zone for all ppl75 platform activities.

Any reference to a singular term includes the plural, and vice versa. Headings are for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation of these Terms.

By accessing any part of the ppl75 Platform, creating an Account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a bet, participating in a promotion, or using any feature of ppl75 in any manner, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the ppl75 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you are accessing the ppl75 Platform on behalf of a third party, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms. In all cases, the individual accessing the Platform bears personal legal responsibility for compliance with these Terms.

ppl75 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any such update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically.

Use of the ppl75 Platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ppl75 enforces a 21+ policy as a firm minimum age requirement, which is stricter than the legal minimum in many jurisdictions. This policy exists to protect younger adults.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity) registering for personal recreational use only.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction where online betting or casino gaming is prohibited by law.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether issued by ppl75 or any other platform, that remains active at the time of registration or continued use.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of ppl75 or any of its affiliated game providers.

ppl75 implements mandatory KYC verification for all Accounts prior to enabling withdrawal functionality. KYC documents accepted include valid Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), valid Bangladesh passport, and Bangladesh driving licence. Document submissions are reviewed within one (1) business day. ppl75 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage if identity cannot be sufficiently confirmed.

Each individual Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account on the ppl75 Platform at any time. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different identifying details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering your Account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You further agree to update your Account information promptly if any detail changes. ppl75 is not liable for any loss, payment delay, or Account restriction resulting from inaccurate or outdated information provided during registration.

Your Account credentials — username and password — are personal to you. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details. ppl75 will treat any activity conducted under your Account credentials as activity authorised by you, unless you have previously notified ppl75 of a security breach in writing via [email protected].

ppl75 reserves the right to refuse Account registration, suspend an existing Account, or close an Account without prior notice if ppl75 has reasonable grounds to believe that the eligibility conditions set out in Section 3 are not satisfied, or that the Account is being misused.

All transactions on the ppl75 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). ppl75 currently supports the following deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Supported payment methods are subject to change; the current list of available methods is always displayed on the Deposit page within your Account.

The minimum deposit amount on ppl75 is ৳500 per transaction. ppl75 does not charge a deposit fee on standard supported payment methods, though your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges, for which ppl75 bears no responsibility.

Deposits are credited to your Account Balance in real time upon successful confirmation from the payment processor. In the event of a deposit appearing delayed, Players should allow up to thirty (30) minutes before contacting support, as payment processor confirmation windows may vary.

• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• ppl75 reserves the right to return a deposit and request alternative payment verification if the source of funds cannot be confirmed as belonging to the Account holder.
• In the event of a chargeback, disputed transaction, or payment fraud, the relevant Account will be suspended pending investigation and any winnings generated from the disputed funds will be voided.

Withdrawals from your ppl75 Account Balance are available once your Account has completed KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where technically possible, in order to comply with anti-money-laundering obligations.

ppl75 targets the following processing times for withdrawal requests, measured from the point of approval:

• bKash and Nagad: 5–15 minutes after approval
• Rocket and Upay: 15–45 minutes after approval
• Bank Transfer (all listed banks): 1–3 business hours during BST banking hours
• Visa / Mastercard: 1–3 business days depending on issuing bank

ppl75 does not charge a withdrawal fee on standard supported methods. Withdrawal requests submitted outside BST banking hours (for bank transfer methods) will be queued and processed from 9:00 AM BST the following business day. ppl75 reserves the right to conduct additional identity or fraud checks on any withdrawal request, which may extend the processing time beyond the standard targets stated above.

ppl75 offers promotional bonuses to eligible Players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and seasonal tournament prizes. All bonuses are governed by the specific terms published at the time the promotion is launched, which form part of these Terms & Conditions.

General bonus conditions that apply to all ppl75 promotions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms:

• All bonuses are subject to a Wagering Requirement, which will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. Wagering Requirements typically range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount.
• Only real-money Balance bets contribute to wagering requirement completion unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise. Bets placed using Bonus Funds contribute at rates specified in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any Bonus Funds and associated winnings that remain subject to an unmet Wagering Requirement at the time of expiry will be forfeited automatically.
• Each promotion is available once per player, per household, per device, and per payment method, unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• ppl75 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if there is reasonable evidence of promotional abuse, multi-accounting, arbitrage betting, or exploitation of any technical error.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between Accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the standard wagering completion pathway.

ppl75 reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice to affected Players. Where a promotion is cancelled mid-cycle due to technical issues or unforeseen circumstances, ppl75 will act fairly and communicate the resolution clearly via the Account notification system.

All bets placed and games played on the ppl75 Platform are subject to the specific rules governing each product category. These rules are accessible within each game or betting market interface. In the event of a conflict between product-specific rules and these general Terms, the product-specific rules shall take precedence for that specific product only.

General betting and gaming rules applicable to all ppl75 products:

• Bets are final once confirmed. ppl75 does not accept requests to cancel a confirmed bet or reverse a confirmed game round, except where a technical error on the ppl75 platform (not the Player's device or connection) caused the bet to be recorded incorrectly.
• In the event of a technical error, disconnection, or system failure during a live casino game round or crash game round, ppl75 will apply the resolution procedure specified by the relevant game provider. Incomplete rounds will be resolved according to the game provider's certification protocols.
• Odds displayed on sports betting markets are correct at the time of display. In-play odds change continuously. The odds confirmed at the moment your bet is accepted are the odds that apply to that bet regardless of subsequent market movement.
• Maximum bet limits and maximum payout limits apply per market and per game. These limits are displayed within each product. ppl75 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake of any individual Player at its discretion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ppl75 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and may result in further legal action:

• Creating more than one Account on the ppl75 Platform (multi-accounting), whether using your own details, fictitious details, or the details of another person.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, make decisions, or interact with the Platform in any way that is not a direct human action in real time.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or pricing mistakes in betting markets to generate guaranteed profit (commonly referred to as "sharbing" or technical arbitrage).
• Collusion with other Players, game providers, or ppl75 employees for the purpose of generating illegitimate winnings or manipulating game outcomes.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity, including structuring deposits or withdrawals to obscure the source or destination of funds.
• Providing false, misleading, or stolen identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy service, or any technical method designed to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ppl75 support staff or other Platform users through any communication channel.

ppl75 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and provides a comprehensive suite of player protection tools. All registered Players aged 21 and above have immediate access to the following tools from within their Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum net loss threshold over a defined period. Betting activity is automatically suspended once the threshold is reached until the period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you after a defined duration of continuous platform use.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ppl75 Platform solely for personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any content from the ppl75 Platform without prior written consent.
• Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on any ppl75 software or game content.
• Use the ppl75 brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any commercial or promotional context without prior written authorisation.
• Frame, scrape, or mirror any ppl75 Platform content on any external website or application.

Players' use of such game content is subject to the terms of the originating studio's end-user licence in addition to these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ppl75 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the ppl75 Platform, howsoever caused.

• Any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
• Losses arising from events beyond ppl75's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, internet infrastructure failures, or payment processor outages.

Where ppl75 is found liable under any applicable law, ppl75's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ppl75 Account in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by proven negligence, or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by law.

ppl75 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct in connection with the Account.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by ppl75.
• Receipt of a chargeback, disputed transaction, or payment reversal in connection with the Account.
• Discovery that the Account was created by an individual under 21 years of age.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations requiring ppl75 to restrict or close the Account.

In cases of Account closure due to a proven breach of these Terms, any remaining Balance and Bonus Funds are subject to forfeiture. In cases of Account closure not due to Player breach (e.g., regulatory change), ppl75 will return any verified real-money Balance to the Player via the most recently used eligible payment method within thirty (30) business days.

Players wishing to close their own Account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting the ppl75 support team via live chat. Voluntary closure requests are processed within one (1) business day. Any remaining real-money Balance will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's most recently used eligible payment method.

ppl75 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments may be made for a variety of reasons, including changes to the Platform's product offering, changes to applicable legal or regulatory requirements, corrections of errors, and improvements to clarity.

When material amendments are made to these Terms, ppl75 will provide reasonable advance notice to registered Players via the Account notification system and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform. "Material" amendments are those that substantively affect Players' rights, obligations, or the core terms of service.

Your continued use of the ppl75 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request voluntary Account closure as described in Section 13.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be interpreted in accordance with general principles of online entertainment platform agreements. ppl75 operates as an international online platform and makes no representation that the services offered are appropriate or lawful in any particular jurisdiction.
